Due to the sensitive nature of high-purity biochemical reagents and the strict climate-control requirements for maintaining peptide integrity, our refund and return policy is designed to protect the safety and biosecurity of our laboratory inventory.

1. The “Research Reagent” Protocol (No Returns)

To ensure that every researcher receives materials that have never left a climate-controlled environment, Skye Peptides USA does not accept returns for products that have been successfully delivered. Once a research peptide leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee its structural stability if it were to be returned and restocked. This policy ensures that the ≥99% purity you receive has never been compromised by unauthorized handling or improper storage.

2. Analytical Discrepancy & Quality Claims

We stand behind our “Gold Standard” guarantee. If a research facility identifies a discrepancy between the product received and the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA), we provide a full replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Independent Verification: The researcher must provide analytical data (HPLC/MS) from a qualified third-party laboratory demonstrating that the compound does not meet the specified purity or molecular weight.
  • Notification Window: Quality claims must be submitted to support@skyepeptidesusa.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Verification of Retain Samples: Upon receiving a claim, our technical team will analyze the batch-specific retain samples held in our facility to verify the findings.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives physically compromised or does not match your packing slip, Skye Peptides USA will rectify the error immediately:

  • Physical Damage: If the vacuum seals or medical-grade glass vials are broken upon arrival, please provide photographic evidence to support@skyepeptidesusa.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive a compound other than what was ordered (e.g., receiving 5-Amino-1-MQ instead of Retatrutide), we will dispatch the correct materials immediately at no additional cost.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the package has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier (FedEx/UPS).
  • After Dispatch: Once a tracking number has been generated and the order has left our facility, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded in transit.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your institutional or personal bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Policy Limitation Notice

Skye Peptides USA provides no refunds or warranties for experimental failure, improper reconstitution, or results obtained in non-laboratory settings. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the chemical purity and identity of the lyophilized powder as stated on the COA.
