Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

At Skye Peptides, we understand that high-level biochemical research operates on strict timelines. Our logistics infrastructure is optimized to ensure that your high-purity reagents are handled with precision, packaged for maximum stability, and delivered with the speed required for institutional research success.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Timelines

  • Standard Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 business hours of payment verification.
  • Operating Hours: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Batch Verification: Occasionally, a brief delay may occur if a specific batch is undergoing final HPLC/MS quality assurance verification to ensure it meets our ≥99% purity mandate.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We utilize industry-leading carriers to provide secure, trackable, and professional delivery of laboratory reagents:

  • Domestic (USA): FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers for domestic distribution. We offer several tiers of service, including Overnight and 2-Day options for time-sensitive studies.
  • International: We ship to academic and private research institutions worldwide. Please note that international transit times vary based on distance and local customs procedures.

3. Thermal Stability & Packaging

A common concern in peptide research is the effect of ambient temperatures during transit. Skye Peptides USA utilizes advanced stabilization techniques to mitigate this risk:

  • Lyophilization: Our products are delivered in a vacuum-sealed, lyophilized (freeze-dried) state. In this form, peptides possess high thermal stability and can safely withstand ambient temperatures during the shipping process without loss of molecular integrity.
  • Protective Packaging: All vials are shipped in secure, insulated, and discreet packaging designed to protect the medical-grade glass from UV light exposure and physical impact.

4. Tracking & Receipt

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. It is the responsibility of the research team to:

  • Monitor the tracking status to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • Immediately transfer the lyophilized vials to a dedicated laboratory refrigerator (2-8°C) for short-term use or a freezer (-20°C) for long-term storage upon arrival.

5. International Customs & Importation

For international orders, the Purchaser is the “Importer of Record.” Skye Peptides USA complies with all U.S. export regulations for non-scheduled research chemicals. However:

  • Researchers must ensure the products comply with the laws of their destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional duties imposed by local customs authorities.

6. Shipping Warranty & Claims

We take full responsibility for the transit of your materials until they reach your facility:

  • Loss in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a one-time reshipment at no cost.
  • Damage Upon Arrival: If the vacuum seals or vials are physically compromised during transit, please email support@skyepeptidesusa.com with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
